I copped out… AGAIN, but I’d like to blame it on the fact that I started a new 40 hour a week job last week, and previously I’d only been working 20 hours. So my exercise routine has been shot, and now it’s a matter of getting my exercise in. I’ve revamped my diet and have decided to go for 1,300 calories a day — that’s about 500 less than I burn, so at least if I’m not exercising, I’m keeping a deficit. Today I did get in some DDR, and I’m hoping to get in some treadmill time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and maybe on the weekend.

We’ve decided to have a vegetable for dinner every night, and hopefully it’ll come to substitute potatoes and breads. Today we had (soy) chicken salads for dinner. Good and filling!

I’m getting back on top of my diet 🙂 Hold me accountable if I stop posting ^~
