    I’ve lost 40 lbs since December 3rd. I cut out all soda and drink only water or orange juice. For snacks I eat raw vegetables such as snow peas.

    Breakfast usually consists of 1 egg sandwich.

    Lunch is usually a vegetarian sandwich from Safeway or Raley’s (our two local grocery stores). I’m not a vegetarian, I just want the vitamins from the veggies. 🙂

    Dinner is usually whatever I feel like eating, but I watch the portion size.

    I also walk 6 miles a day, 5 – 6 days a week.

    Today is March 19th, which makes it 3.5 months since I started.
