Goal calorie deficit: 3500

Actual calorie deficit: 2953

Pounds (theoretically) lost: .84 of one pound

Measurements all look the same, but I’m getting stronger in the Pilates. I’m short of Goal, but I bought natural peanut butter and soy mayo. I also got reduced sugar oatmeal, more fruits, fat-free sour cream and vegetarian/soy based stuff. Hopefully I’ll make my goal next week 🙂 no eating at Paneras! (or at least, no bread bowls) And I’ll TRY and keep any eating-out for the weekend, only.
