Total calorie deficit:74

Yeah. Basically the mile I did today was my deficit @_@ So now I know, when I eat at Paneras, don’t eat the bread bowl. That was 500 calories @_@! Or, if I do want the bread bowl, plan on it and I’ll eat a smaller brunch. I suck for today. But at least it’s a deficit! I honestly didn’t think the Paneras would be more than 1100. I’ll make up for it tomorrow or Thursday and either exercise more or eat fewer calories. I’m hoping for a 3300-3600 deficit for the week (3500 = one pound).
