Not too bad for my first diet day! I’m looking for a deficit of 450-550, so that’s spot on ^~ I did NOT, however, want to exercise today @_@ I originally wanted to do the treadmill, but I could not convince myself. I did do Pilates though, so that was something ^^ I think it was a result of being gone all weekend and not worrying about it in Vegas. Tomorrow I’m hoping to do a mile, so hopefully I’ll be able to push myself to it šŸ™‚
